   The sign says топли гевреци (topli gevretzi / hot sesame rings). It’s a joke in our household that there has never been a cold sesame ring. Even in the coldest winter weather, street vendors sitting on crates for hours with sacks full of them will still be calling out to all and sundry “Topli gevretzi!”
