I have a mess at my house, my bookshelves at the end of the dining room started collapsing, too heavy for the tiny pegs! I have stacks of books all over the table until the carpenter can come to fix my shelves.   They are also running gas for a new cooktop in the kitchen so there are pots and pans sitting all over the kitchen. For some reason I picked the tallest most tippy vases in the cupboard for the flowers I got at the market. Did not want to put the flowers in the living room – not enough room ….kitchen was out because of all the clutter out there …. so ended up putting them on my book table as it is now referred to by me and the kits.  Pearl is particularly taken with the new flowers….just don’t want her pushing them over drowning the books!

  1. We just moved Pretty’s massive collection of books into our new home today, and the new house is actually groaning from the influx. Good Gawd Almighty – we got ourselves a mess, too!
